Solution Description
Our mission is to combine the conversion of Brewers Spent Grain (BSG) into dried protein powder using an innovative, low-cost modular fermentation unit, and combine this with a blockchain registry system to provide the necessary provenance. This will provide and off-the-shelf method to repurpose all BSG in the brewing cycle.
